Cultural Heritage: A Hybrid Framework for Ranking Adaptive Reuse Strategies

The purpose of this research is to illustrate, through a case study, multilevel decision-making process able support the decision maker in optimizing investment choices for efficient allocation public resources, with specific reference recovery and adaptation reuse unused historical heritage. During evaluation process, two methods particular were combined according multiphase design: (i) multi-criteria analysis identify Highest Best Use among alternative scenarios (ii) Discounted Cash Flow Analysis verification financial feasibility investment, hypothesis an enhancement concession public–private partnership.
